Our adorable couple Jenna and Kyle from New Orleans have chosen Montenegro as a destination for their dream wedding. First time the newlyweds got to know about Montenegro when they went on a cruise. The moment when ship entered the Boka Bay and Jenna saw the island – Our Lady of the Rocks and fell in love with this place! It was decided to take place the wedding on this island.
The long-awaited event happened in the summer of 2022. They greet their morning at the Grand Heritage Perast hotel, in the circle of their closest ones.
The bride wanted to continue the family tradition and as a wedding dress chose her mother’s wedding dress, which she once got married. And on the inside of the dress there were two dates: the date of the wedding of her parents and the date of their wedding with Kyle. Parents exchanged memorable gifts with the daughter and took cute photos for memory.
Jenna took the best room in the hotel with a cozy terrace overlooking the Boka – Kotor Bay and the island she was so dreaming about!
When everything was ready for the wedding the groom was the first to arrive on the island. Then Jenna sailed on a boat with her father. And finally the dream ceremony took place!
In order not to make the guests wait for a long time it was decided to postpone the photo session on the island to the next morning. And it was the right decision because the next day the weather turned better and there were no longer many tourists on the island. The lovers slowly enjoyed spending time in front of the camera.
After the ceremony, the bride and groom were taken by boat to the hotel. According to tradition, they entered inside while music of the orchestra was playing and they were playing with their umbrellas. They invited all the guests for a gala dinner.
The guests talked a lot, danced and laughed the whole evening.
